Martin charitable trust contributes 3500 essential medical kits worth Rs. 4,00,000 t0 Covid-19 patients


The Martin Charitable Trust has a long history of collaborating and working with a wide range of organisations in the fields of Social, Cultural, Educational, Healthcare, etc. The trust has time and again given its all to promote equality and improve the lives of the people of our state and country.

As a part of its CSR efforts, Martin Charitable Trust chipped in to help people fight this COVID-19 crisis. Dr. Leema Rose Martin, the Managing Trustee of Martin Charitable Trust, along with Honorable Minister Thiru Ma. Subramanian - Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu, distributed 3500 essential medical kits worth Rs 4,00,000 ( 4 Lakhs) to COVID-19 infected patients that were admitted to Government Medical College and Hospital, in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu. This large donation was made on 14th October 2021.

Martin Charitable Trust also extended its support to the people of Tamil Nadu earlier this year. In order to help the State government fight the COVID-19 pandemic in Tamil Nadu, Martin Charitable Trust donated COVID-19 relief material worth Rs. 3 Crores to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund (CMPRF). The relief materials were handed to The COVID-19 relief materials were handed over to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M.K. Stalin in the presence of Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin, MLA.
